Collecting treatment integrity data is critical for (a) strengthening internal validity within a research study, (b) determining the impact of an intervention on student outcomes, and (c) assessing the need for implementation supports. Although researchers have noted the increased inclusion of treatment integrity data in published articles, there has been limited attention to treatment integrity is assessed. The purpose of this study was to review how treatment integrity is typically assessed in single-case design performance feedback articles. Doctoral students in school psychology coded 58 performance feedback studies to determine how treatment integrity data are assessed in this literature, and common intervention characteristics linked to treatment integrity assessment. Findings indicate that, although data were collected most frequently via direct observation by a researcher targeting intervention adherence, intervention characteristics varied widely across studies. Implications of results are discussed. (PsycINFO Database Record (c) 2018 APA, all rights reserved).

Purpose: Thread release of the carpal tunnel is the most recent of several minimally invasive ultrasound-guided carpal tunnel release techniques. The purpose of this article is to provide a step-by-step guide for minimally invasive, ultrasound-guided thread release of the carpal tunnel focused on transecting the transverse carpal ligament with minimal damage to the palmar aponeurosis on anatomical specimens.
Methods: Fifteen ultrasound-guided carpal tunnel thread releases were performed on the wrists of soft-embalmed anatomical specimens, which were dissected immediately after the intervention.

Branched peptide-based materials draw inspiration from dendritic structures to emulate the complex architecture of native tissues, aiming to enhance the performance of biomaterials in medical applications. These innovative materials benefit from several key features: they exhibit slower degradation rates, greater stiffness, and the ability to self-assemble. These properties are crucial for maintaining the structural integrity and functionality of the materials over time.

Background: Following transection, nerve repair using the polylactic acid (PLA) conduit is an effective option. In addition, inosine treatment has shown potential to promote nerve regeneration. Therefore, this study aimed to investigate the regenerative potential of inosine after nerve transection and polylactic acid conduit repair.

Background: Berberine (BBR) is widely used to treat gastrointestinal diseases. However, the pharmacological mechanism of action of BBR in anti-chronic atrophic gastritis (CAG) remains unclear. This study aimed to investigate the mechanism of action of BBR in CAG by integration of molecular biology and multi-omics studies strategy.

Purpose: Xixin Decoction (XXD) is a classical formula that has been used to effectively treat dementia for over 300 years. Modern clinical studies have demonstrated its significant therapeutic effects in treating Alzheimer's disease (AD) without notable adverse reactions. Nevertheless, the specific mechanisms underlying its efficacy remain to be elucidated.
