Introduction: Implant-supported removable complete overdentures (IODs) are a common treatment in case of edentulism and malfunctioning of the conventional denture. Manufacturing IODs in a conventional way (C-IODs) is time-consuming, but in a digital workflow, this can be done in three sessions. Digitally produced IODs (3D-IODs) are also more advantageous than C-IODs because lost or broken 3D-IODs can be swiftly reproduced as the digital design is always available.

Background: Dysphagia is a disorder that can be associated to several pathological conditions, including neuromuscular diseases, with significant impact on quality of life. Dysphagia often leads to malnutrition, as a consequence of the dietary changes made by patients or their caregivers, who may deliberately decide to reduce or avoid specific food consistencies (because they are not perceived as safe), and the lack of knowledge in how to process foods are critics. Such dietary changes often result in unbalanced nutrients intake, which can have significant consequences for frail patients.

We report a rare case of central retinal artery occlusion (CRAO) with triple cilioretinal artery sparing in a 76-year-old male with hypertension who presented with sudden diminution of vision in the left eye (OS) for one day. Optical coherence tomography angiography (OCTA) demonstrated the presence of three cilioretinal arteries and the absence of flow signals in the rest of the macula. Primary ophthalmic treatment was instituted immediately in the form of ocular massage, and acetazolamide 500 mg per oral (PO) stat was given.

Introduction Pyogenic flexor tenosynovitis (PFT) is a common hand infection that can cause significant morbidity. Although treatment involves surgical debridement and inpatient intravenous (IV) antibiotics, there is a paucity of literature guiding antibiotic use. This study aims to determine if the use of postoperative outpatient oral antibiotics leads to poor outcomes compared to IV antibiotics given in an institutional setting.

Background: Despite papillary thyroid cancer (PTC) excellent prognosis, 10-15% of patients may present aggressive local behaviour. We present two cases with different aerodigestive tract invasion partners in which two reconstructions were used, out of all the surgical resources we have planned preoperatively [1-4].

Methods: Case 1: 57-year-old woman with asymmetric goitre and a 60mm nodule (Bethesda-VI).
