This paper contains data on differentially expressed miRNAs in peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC) of dogs naturally infected by () compared to healthy dogs. In recent years, studies with miRNAs have shown that these molecules play a critical role in the regulation and function of immune response.Differentially expressed miRNAs were identified by microarray, validated by real time PCR and compared with parasite load in the dogs. Targets and pathways were analyzed using the Ingenuity Pathway Analysis program.

Psoriasis is a long-lasting inflammatory skin condition characterized by excessive keratinocyte growth. Recent studies have confirmed abnormal regulation of microRNAs (miRNAs/miRs) in individuals with psoriasis. This study aimed to investigate the function and specific mechanism of action of miR-128a-3p in interleukin-22 (IL-22)-stimulated HaCaT cells.

The prominence of circular RNAs (circRNAs) has surged in cancer research due to their distinctive properties and impact on cancer development. This review delves into the role of circRNAs in four key cancer types: colorectal cancer (CRC), gastric cancer (GC), liver cancer (HCC), and lung cancer (LUAD). The focus lies on their potential as cancer biomarkers and drug targets.

Diabetes is a chronic metabolic disease that is endemic worldwide and is characterized by persistent hyperglycemia accompanied by multiple severe complications, including cardiovascular disease, kidney dysfunction, neuropathy, and retinopathy. The pathogenesis of diabetes mellitus and its complications is multifactorial, involving various molecular and cellular pathways. In recent years, research has indicated that mechanisms of cell death play a significant role in the advancement of diabetes and its complications.

Rheumatoid arthritis (RA) is a chronic autoimmune disease characterized by persistent inflammation of the synovial joints, leading to cartilage and bone destruction. This study aimed to evaluate the diagnostic utility of specific microRNAs (miRNAs) as potential biomarkers for RA. The study was conducted on 60 patients with RA disease along with 20 control participants.

Decorin (DCN) is a member of the small leucine-rich proteoglycan family within the extracellular matrix, playing a role in the growth and development of hair follicle (HF). Exosomes serve as significant mediators of intercellular communication and are involved in the cyclic regeneration of HF. Exosomes derived from dermal papilla cells (DPC-Exos) are essential for the cycling and regrowth of HF.
