University. Grenoble Alpes, University Savoie Mont Blanc, Grenoble, France.
Introduction: A key factor influencing the duration of untreated psychosis is that young individuals typically do not seek help during their initial psychotic experiences. This online study aimed to explore the efficacy of preventive video interventions providing information on psychosis on the attitudes towards seeking mental health care among young adults from the general population.
Methods: Participants (N = 147) were randomised to one of the following online conditions: a short 3-min video of an empowered patient or of a psychiatrist describing different aspects of mental illness, a short control video or no video.

Objective: Early intervention in psychosis is associated with favourable outcomes. We investigated whether loved ones' illness duration moderated caregiver outcomes following a Cognitive Behavioural Therapy-informed Family Intervention for psychosis (FIp).
Methods: We conducted a secondary analysis of measures of FIp participants' depression and anxiety symptoms, caregiver appraisals, expressed emotion and foundational psychotherapeutic competencies at pre-, post- and 4-month follow-up.

Involuntary autobiographical memories are memories of personal events that come to mind with no preceding retrieval attempts. They have been studied broadly in autobiographical memory for decades and shown to be common and mostly positive in everyday life. Clinical literature has focused on negative intrusive memories of stressful events and tended to neglect other forms of involuntary autobiographical memories.

Evidence suggests that attenuated mismatch negative (MMN) waves have a close link to auditory verbal hallucinations (AVH) and their clinical outcomes, especially impaired neural oscillations such as θ, β representing attentional control. In current study, thirty patients with schizophrenia and AVH (SZ) and twenty-nine healthy controls (HC) underwent multi-feature MMN paradigm measurements including frequency and duration deviant stimuli (fMMN and dMMN). Clinical symptoms and MMN paradigm were followed up among SZ group after 8-week treatment.

A cross-sectional design was used, and 75 individuals with psychosis were recruited from the recovery services of the Gloucestershire Health and Care NHS Foundation Trust. Five questionnaires were used - the Dissociative Experiences Scale - II (DES), Detachment and Compartmentalisation Inventory (DCI), Questionnaire about the Process of Recovery, Stages of Recovery Instrument (STORI), and Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale - and a proforma was used to collect demographic data.
