Gold nanoparticles (Au NPs) are a promising target for research due to their small size and the resulting plasmonic properties, which depend, among other things, on the chosen reducer. This is important because removing excess substrate from the reaction mixture is problematic. However, Au NPs are an excellent component of various materials, enriching them with their unique features.

The rapid progress in nanotechnology has introduced multifunctional iron oxide nanoparticles as promising agents in cancer treatment. This research focused on the synthesis and assessment of citric-acid-coated, folic-acid-conjugated nanoparticles loaded with doxorubicin, evaluating their therapeutic potential in tumor models. An advanced automated continuous technology line (CTL) utilizing a controlled co-precipitation method was employed to produce highly dispersive, multifunctional nanofluids with a narrow size distribution.

MYB family transcription factors (TFs) play crucial roles in plant development, metabolism, and responses to various stresses. However, whether MYB TFs are involved in regulating fatty acid biosynthesis in seeds remains largely elusive. Here, we demonstrated that transgenic Arabidopsis (Arabidopsis thaliana) plants overexpressing MYB73 exhibit altered FATTY ACID ELONGATION1 (FAE1) expression, seed oil content, and seed fatty acid composition.
