However, there is limited understanding of how, for whom, and under what conditions this support works. Using a realist evaluation approach, this study aimed to test an initial program theory of technical support to DHMTs by PHA staff in Kasai Central Province.

Fear of falling (FOF) and falls are prevalent issues among older adults, leading to activity restriction, decreased quality of life, and increased dependency. This study aims to assess the effectiveness of a nurse-led health education intervention to reduce FOF and fall incidence in older adults within primary care settings. This two-arm, multicenter, parallel, cluster-randomized clinical trial includes ten primary care centers in Spain and will enroll 150 adults over 65 years with FOF, mild or no functional dependence, and independent ambulation.

The fact that smoking cessation at the time of diagnosis can improve the patient's life expectancy is still not broadly understood. We conducted a systematic review and meta-analysis to quantify the survival benefits obtainable by quitting smoking on diagnosis.

One of the most surprising and important findings of the first human landings on the Moon was the discovery of a very fine layer of lunar dust covering the entire surface of Moon along with the negative impacts of this dust on the well-being and operational effectiveness of the astronauts, their equipment, and instrumentation. The United States is now planning for human missions to Mars, a planet where dust can also be expected to be ubiquitous for many or most landing sites. For these missions, the design and operations of key hardware systems must take this dust into account, especially when related to crew health and safety.
