Aim: To analyze long-term results of surgical treatment of atherosclerotic occlusive-stenotic lesion of aorto-femoral segment within the single-center prospective register.

Material And Methods: The study included 275 patients who underwent aorto-femoral reconstructive interventions for the period 2011-2014. Inclusion criterion was indications for aorto-femoral surgery due to severe atherosclerotic lesions of the infrarenal aorta and/or ilio-femoral arteries. Mean follow-up was 54±11.6 months.

Results: Prognostic significance of various clinical-instrumental, anatomical-angiographic and perioperative variables has been comprehensively analyzed. Five-year outcomes and cardiovascular morbidity were assessed in consecutive patients after reconstructive procedures on the aorto-femoral segment. Multidisciplinary approach to determine optimal revascularization strategy and certain tactical and technical algorithms are necessary to improve the outcomes in these severe patients.

Objective: To analyze in-hospital results of subclavian-carotid transposition and subclavian artery stenting in patients with steal-syndrome.

Material And Methods: A retrospective open study included 137 patients with occlusion or severe stenosis of the first segment of subclavian artery and steal-syndrome. The 1 group included 50 patients who underwent stenting or recanalization with stenting of the first segment of subclavian artery between January 2010 and March 2020.

The authors report hybrid treatment of a patient with angina pectoris class II, multiple previous reconstructive interventions on the aortofemoral segment and chronic ischemia of the left lower limb stage IV and concomitant COVID-19. Coronary angiography was performed after regression of infectious disease under antiviral therapy. Occlusion of the left anterior descending artery was observed that required LAD stenting.

Objective: To evaluate the effectiveness and postoperative morbidity after endarterectomy from the iliac arteries in comparison with ilio-femoral and aorto-femoral replacement in patients with chronic critical lower limb ischemia.

Material And Methods: There were 95 patients with chronic critical lower limb ischemia. Iliac artery replacement was carried out in 43 (45.

Low-voltage computed tomographic angiography (CTA) is a highly effective technique to reduce contrast media volume. We sought to examine the suitability of low tube voltage CTA with a reduced contrast media volume protocol using third-generation 192-slice dual-source CT in patients undergoing transcatheter aortic valve implantation (TAVI). CTA was performed to aid TAVI planning for 40 consecutive patients with severe aortic stenosis.

Objective - to increase the safety of revascularization in combined atherosclerotic occlusion of extracranial arteries, terminal aorta and the main arteries of the lower extremities in conditions of risk of reperfusion-reoxygenation syndrome. 87 patients with associated lesion of extracranial arteries and aorto-ileum-femoral segment were examined and treated surgically. In 64 patients various variants of atherosclerotic occlusion of the aorto-femoral segment were diagnosed, in 44 of which a stenotic occlusal process of the femur-popliteal segment was established.
