Background: Disease management programs (DMP) are a modern way of treating health conditions and are becoming a part of standard care. One telehealth DMP service has been in regular operation since 2017, named "HerzMobil Tirol".
Objectives: This paper investigates, if the electronic health record standard HL7 CDA, which is widely accepted in the health care industry, could be used for telehealth DMP services as well. It is already in use in a legally required integrated element of healthcare in Austria called ELGA. An official guideline from the Austrian Ministry of Health sets the standard for telemonitoring with data logging.
Methods: After the background knowledge was built up, requirements have been gathered through existing official guidelines and interviews and existing documentation by "HerzMobil Tirol".
Results: Twenty-five requirements were collected, categorized and analyzed to determine if the existing CDA guidelines are suitable or a new standard must be designed.
Conclusion: Based on the requirements, it was established that seven specific sections and two different CDA documents are needed.

Introduction: Ecosystem-centered healthcare innovations, such as digital health platforms, patient-centric records, and mobile health applications, depend on the semantic interoperability of health data. This ensures efficient, patient-focused healthcare delivery in a mobile world where citizens frequently travel for work and leisure. Beyond healthcare delivery, semantic interoperability is crucial for secondary health data use.

Objective: This study aims to address the gap in the literature on converting real-world Clinical Document Architecture (CDA) data into the Observational Medical Outcomes Partnership (OMOP) Common Data Model (CDM), focusing on the initial steps preceding the mapping phase. We highlight the importance of a repeatable Extract-Transform-Load (ETL) pipeline for health data extraction from HL7 CDA documents in Estonia for research purposes.
Methods: We developed a repeatable ETL pipeline to facilitate the extraction, cleaning, and restructuring of health data from CDA documents to OMOP CDM, ensuring a high-quality and structured data format.

Background and aim In 2005, the Moroccan Ministry of Health established Magredial, a registry to track and monitor patients with end-stage renal disease (ESRD), with the aim of improving healthcare outcomes. After achieving initial success, Magredial's activity decreased, leading to its inactivity by 2015. Currently, efforts are underway to revive Magredial's use.

Background: Clinical research, particularly in scientific data, grapples with the efficient management of multimodal and longitudinal clinical data. Especially in neuroscience, the volume of heterogeneous longitudinal data challenges researchers. While current research data management systems offer rich functionality, they suffer from architectural complexity that makes them difficult to install and maintain and require extensive user training.

This paper describes the implementation of tools to support multiple language variants of the clinical information models that are used to define a model-driven EHR system. Beyond that, it describes how a complete EHR system can be created with multiple language variants, using the example of an EHR for clinical management of patients in a Fracture Liaison Service. A clinical information model, represented as ontology, was developed in the English language.
