: Cryoglobulinemia (CG) syndrome is a heterogeneous condition characterized by the presence of cryoglobulins in serum, often leading to vasculitis with protean clinical manifestations. Understanding the presentation of cryoglobulinemia-related symptoms based on cryoprecipitate levels, GC type, and severity at diagnosis is essential for effective management. Hence, this study aimed to provide a comprehensive analysis of patients with positive cryoglobulin detection to investigate these aspects.

Abdominoplasty is a common aesthetic procedure, and ischemic complications are rare, particularly in nonsmokers. We present 2 cases of ischemic complications in nonsmoking patients treated with fremanezumab, a biologic medication for severe migraines. Raynaud's phenomenon (RP) is a vascular disease characterized by exaggerated vasoconstriction in response to stressors, mainly cold and emotional stress. This vasoconstriction is mediated solely by alpha 2C-adrenoceptors (α-AR) expressed in vascular smooth muscle cells of dermal arterioles.
