Objective: To highlight the importance of early recognition of hypopigmented mycosis fungoides (HMF) in cases of cutaneous hypochromia in children, with a view to an effective diagnostic and therapeutic approach.
Case Description: Two cases of HMF in children are reported. The first case involves an eight-year-old boy with hypochromic macules on the trunk and root of the upper and lower limbs, while the second case is a six-year-old boy with widespread hypochromic patches.

The six-year pharmacy university education program that began in 2006 was guided by the Model Core Curriculum for Pharmacy Education which started as process-based education. It was first revised in 2013 and further revised in 2023 to provide outcome-based education. There remains a need to develop a consistent six-year curriculum spanning basic science to clinical pharmacy.

Background: Emerging research indicates the potential for early transition from intravenous to oral antimicrobial therapy in certain infections. This trend may have implications for outpatient parenteral antibiotic therapy (OPAT) programs, as the demand for prolonged intravenous treatment could decrease. The objective of this study was to evaluate the frequency and evolution of OPAT courses of ≥ 14 days over the years and determine the medical justification for those prolonged treatments.

Wastewater-based epidemiology (WBE) has gained prominence worldwide as a powerful tool in public health. This study aimed to monitor the circulation of Hepatitis E Virus (HEV) from wastewater samples collected during a six-year period and compare these results with clinical surveillance in the central region of Argentina. From 2017 to 2022, 1008 raw wastewater samples were analyzed, including four wastewater treatment plants from four cities (n=319), and 7 local neighborhood collector sewers in Córdoba city (n=689).
