Background: Cutaneous melanoma is the leading cause of death from cutaneous malignancy and tends to metastasize lymphatically and hematogenously to the lung, liver, brain, and bone; it is a rare source of metastatic disease to the eye. Herein we provide a case report of cutaneous melanoma metastatic to the ciliary body and choroid involving clinical examination, slit lamp photography, and B-scan ultrasonography.
Result: A 55-year-old female with known metastatic cutaneous melanoma presented with pain, a large ciliochoroidal mass, visual decline, and diffuse intraocular inflammation.

Endometriosis affects about 10 percent women in the reproductive age group globally and approximately 42 million in India. Managing the patient's pain symptoms associated with endometriosis appears to be the cornerstone in endometriosis disease management. The ideal medical treatment in endometriosis would be suppressing estradiol enough to alleviate symptoms of endometriosis but maintain sufficient levels to mitigate hypoestrogenic side effects.

Background: Portal venous system aneurysms (PVA) are increasingly diagnosed on cross-sectional computed tomography (CT) imaging. However, the natural history of these aneurysms is poorly understood and reports are limited to small case series.
Methods: Terms relevant to PVA were searched in radiology reports (2010-2022) with PVA presence confirmed by manual review.
