Background: Acute gastrointestinal bleeding is an emergency with a high morbidity and mortality. Early diagnosis and appropriate intervention can be lifesaving and can prevent long-term complications.
Case Report: In this case report, we discuss and illustrate the role of CT angiography in the evaluation of acute, active gastrointestinal haemorrhage and show its usefulness prior to embolization. We describe a 15-year-old girl with granulomatosis with polyangiitis, formerly known as Wegener's granulomatosis.
Conclusions: An accurate pre-embolization assessment of bleeding with CT angiography shortens the total diagnostic time, which results in prompt and more effective endovascular treatment. We describe the clinical presentation of our patient and present diagnostic and interventional radiologic findings.

Objective: This systematic review aims to elucidate the diagnostic capabilities of imaging techniques in identifying Non-Occlusive Hepatic Artery Hypoperfusion Syndrome (NOHAH) and to evaluate the efficacy and outcomes of splenic artery embolization (SAE), including the choice and placement of embolic agents.
Materials And Methods: A comprehensive literature search was conducted using PubMed, CINAHL, and Scopus databases, adhering to PRISMA guidelines. Fifteen studies encompassing 240 patients treated with embolization (using coils or Amplatzer Vascular Plugs (AVP)) were analyzed.

Background And Objectives: Dual antiplatelet therapy (DAPT) is necessary to minimize the risk of periprocedural thromboembolic complications associated with aneurysm embolization using pipeline embolization device (PED). We aimed to assess the impact of platelet function testing (PFT) on reducing periprocedural thromboembolic complications associated with PED flow diversion in patients receiving aspirin and clopidogrel.
Methods: Patients with unruptured intracranial aneurysms requiring PED flow diversion were identified from 13 centers for retrospective evaluation.

Background And Objectives: Grading systems, including the novel brain arteriovenous malformation endovascular grading scale (NBAVMES) and arteriovenous malformation embocure score (AVMES), predict embolization outcomes based on arteriovenous malformation (AVM) morphological features. The influence of hemodynamics on embolization outcomes remains unexplored. In this study, we investigated the relationship between hemodynamics and embolization outcomes.

Background: Head and Neck Paragangliomas are characterized by having a rich blood supply. Presurgical embolization with Onyx as a neoadjuvant treatment is not a consensus regarding its efficacy and safety. Our study aimed to answer this matter through a single-arm meta-analysis.
