To analyze the clinical characteristics, treatments, and prognosis of patients with ovarian juvenile granulosa cell tumor (JGCT). Clinical and pathological data, and follow-up information of 34 patients diagnosed with JGCT from 2000 to 2021 were collected from the surveillance, epidemiology, and end results (SEER) database. A retrospective analysis was conducted to summarize the patients' clinical and pathological characteristics, treatments, and prognosis.

Background: Moderate-to-severe pain is common after cardiac surgery, peaking during the first and second postoperative days. Several nerve blocks for sternotomy have been described; however, the optimal location for continuous catheters has not been established. Purpose: To present the case of a young patient with BRAF V600E-mutant cutaneous melanoma who developed bilateral choroidal metastases complicated by neovascular glaucoma (NVG) in both eyes following the interruption of nivolumab therapy.
Methods: A 28-year-old female with primary cutaneous melanoma of the left hand underwent surgical resection and adjuvant nivolumab. Immunotherapy was discontinued due to immune-related acute interstitial nephritis.

Removal of the rib and adjacent cartilage is a common step for exposure of the recipient chest vessels in free-flap breast reconstructions. However, this adds both short- and long-term morbidity to the procedure. We describe our experience in avoiding rib removal in microvascular breast reconstruction.
