Introduction: Body lateropulsion is a postural disorder characterized by involuntary leaning to one side and is a major symptom in individuals with Wallenberg syndrome. Although the hanger reflex has potential applications as a simple stimulus to control posture, there are no reports of its use in body lateropulsion cases. The case report aims to document the immediate effects of a wire hanger worn around the head on the center of foot pressure and gait pattern parameters.

Introduction: Numerous orthopaedic procedures including dynamic hip screw plating and various osteotomies require placement of a reference guide pin or K wire to direct bone cuts or for drilling screw holes. Appropriate positioning of these wires is a critical component of surgery. Irrespective of whether one is a seasoned surgeon or an apprentice, these wires often need repositioning and readjustment.

Background: Successful periodontal regeneration depends on primary wound closure and interdental papilla preservation. In this case study, we introduce a novel triangle papilla access approach (T-PAA) performed under a surgical microscope for treating interdental bone defects. In this novel approach, buccal incisions were used to access root surfaces and bone defects, avoiding interdental papilla incisions and preventing papillary collapse and necrosis.

A 9-week-old male umbrella cockatoo () presented with mandibular prognathism. The rostral rhinothecal tomial length appeared subjectively shorter than the rostral gnathothecal length, which was subjectively rostrally elongated. After an initial orthosis failed, a second orthosis was designed that employed the use of an orthopedic wire anchor in the rostral end of the rhinotheca, leaving the premaxillary bone undisturbed.

Background: Current guidelines recommend preserving at least one of the bilateral pelvic flows in patients with aortoiliac aneurysms. The sandwich parallel graft, using commercially available devices, provides a viable option for patients who fall outside the instructions for use of iliac branch devices.
