Despite the potential of sonodynamic therapy (SDT) in treating malignant tumors, the lack of effective sonosensitizers has limited its clinical implementation. In this study, we explored the relationship between the heteroatom doping concentration in metal-organic frameworks and interface formation after pyrolysis by regulating the addition of manganese sources and successfully derived Z-scheme heterojunctions MnO/(A/R)TiO (MTO) in situ from MIL-125-NH (Ti/Mn). The electron transfer pathway introduced by interfacial contact promoted carrier separation and greatly preserved the effective redox components, significantly influencing the performance of reactive oxygen species generation.

Objective: This study aimed to investigate the diagnostic value of 7-tumor associated autoantibodies (7-TAAB) and to evaluate the relationship between 7-TAAB and clinical features in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma (ESCC), which can be used to guide clinical diagnosis and treatment and achieve its clinical value.

Methods: (1) Blood specimens were collected from patients with ESCC who had not previously received antitumor therapy (ESCC group) and those who had normal medical check-ups in the hospital during the same period (control group). The concentrations of 7-TAAB (P53, PGP9.

Tumor-associated macrophages (TAMs) are abundant in colorectal cancer (CRC), correlating with immunosuppression and disease progression. Activation of the stimulator of interferon gene (STING) signaling pathway in TAMs offers a promising approach for CRC therapy. However, current STING agonists face challenges related to tumor specificity and administration routes.

The complement system plays an integral role in both innate and adaptive immune responses. Beyond its protective function against infections, complement is also known to influence tumor immunity, where its activation can either promote tumor progression or mediate tumor cell destruction, depending on the context. One such context can be provided by antibodies, with their inherent capacity to activate the classical complement pathway.

Background: Glioblastoma (GBM) is the most aggressive tumor in the central nervous system. Tumor-associated macrophage (TAMs) represent a major immune cell population in tumor microenvironment (TME) and exert immunosuppressive effects that impede GBM treatment. Morusin is a flavonoid extracted from mulberry trees and has anti-tumor properties against various cancers, including glioma.
