Endometrial carcinomas in the isthmus are called lower uterine segment (LUS) cancers. It is a rare location among uterine cancers and is known to be associated with Lynch syndrome, which tends to occur at a young age. Preoperative diagnosis may be difficult due to its anatomical location, and the prognosis is poorer than that of uterine cancer in general.

Background: The clinical similarity of lupus miliaris disseminatus faciei (LMDF) and other papular granulomatous facial disorders often makes its correct diagnosis challenging. Diagnosis often requires the assistance of pathological examination, and dermoscopy can be used as an auxiliary and non-invasive examination method, however, the current findings remain incomplete.
Objectives: This study aimed to summarize the clinical, histopathological and dermoscopic features of LMDF in the Chinese Han population and aiming to provide practical significance to correct diagnosis.

Background: Dermoscopy is a non-invasive, cost-effective tool useful in the assessment of pigmented lesions. The aim of this study was to analyze the dermoscopic features in excised melanomas in a tertiary hospital in Brazil and the influence of Breslow thickness on the dermoscopic features observed.
Methods: An observational, cross-sectional study in which dermoscopic images of 43 melanomas were evaluated.

Major depressive disorder (MDD) is associated with significant cognitive deficits during the acute and remitted stages. The aim of this systematic review and meta-analysis was to examine the course of cognitive function whilst considering demographic, treatment, or clinical features of MDD that could moderate the extent of cognitive change. Databases were searched to identify studies that reported on cognitive function in MDD with a ≥12-week test-retest interval.
