Background And Aims: Radiological imaging is crucial for diagnosing and monitoring patients with inflammatory bowel diseases (IBD). With increasing awareness of radiation risks, imaging doses should be 'as low as reasonably achievable', with a risk level that one should try to stay underneath 75 mSv. Background: As the therapeutic landscape for inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) continues to expand, a need exists to understand how patients perceive and value different attributes associated with their disease as well as with current and emerging treatments. These insights can inform the development and regulation of effective interventions for IBD, benefiting various stakeholders including healthcare professionals, drug developers, regulators, Health Technology Assessment bodies, payers, and ultimately patients suffering from IBD. In response to this, the present patient preference study was developed with the aim to (1) determine the relative preference weights for IBD treatment and disease related attributes, and (2) explain how preferences may differ across patients with different characteristics (preference heterogeneity).

Introduction: Hidradenitis suppurativa (HS) is a chronic inflammatory skin disease, characterized by painful and recurrent lesions in apocrine gland-bearing skin areas. It is a heterogeneous disease, which makes assessment and data collection difficult. Questionnaires with detailed items, such as the Belgian European Registry for Hidradenitis Suppurativa (ERHS-Be), are useful to study HS and its associated comorbidities.

Introduction: Current treatment modalities in IBD allow us to render normal quality of life to most patients. Ideally, structured digital care pathways can be harmonised in order to measure (semi-) automatically key outcome quality indicators and compare between institutions.
Materials And Methods: Key quality criteria were selected through a consensus process and aligned with the ICHOM quality criteria in IBD, including clinical parameters, PROMs, quality of life, health care utilisation and productivity.
