A 68-year-old patient came to the emergency department complaining of headaches and general weakness for the past month. The patient is known to have myeloproliferative disease. Non-contrast computer tomography showed a hyperdense extra-axial collection in bilateral frontoparietal regions, which was presumed to be bilateral subdural hematoma as the initial diagnosis.

A 74-year-old man presented with persistent hiccups and headache persisting for 2 days. An anticoagulant was administered for his coronary heart disease. Cranial computed tomography (CT) revealed an intracerebral hemorrhage (ICH) located in the right occipital lobe, without any abnormal findings around the brainstem.

Introduction: The authors present a case of a delayed chronic subdural haematoma, a rare occurrence that manifested 3 years after a traumatic brain injury, accompanied by an unexpected symptom of urinary incontinence. Chronic subdural haematoma (CSDH) is a well-known condition characterised by the accumulation of old, liquefied blood under the dura mater, usually following minor head trauma. However, the atypical presentation of CSDH in a young patient without predisposing factors and the association with urinary incontinence challenge conventional understanding.

Chronic subdural hematomas (CSDH) with isolated psychiatric presentation are rare. In this paper, we report a case of 77-year-old-female patient who had psychotic depression after repetitive head trauma without any neurological symptoms. The brain magnetic resonance imaging revealed an 20 mm subdural hematoma in the right frontoparietal region and a 7 mm subdural hematoma in the left frontal region.

Background: The objective is to analyze and review the clinical, laboratory, and neuroimaging characteristics of rheumatoid meningitis (RM) in six patients with known rheumatoid arthritis (RA).
Methods: We performed a retrospective review of patients diagnosed with RM from August 2012 to June 2023. To identify the cases, we used medical term search engines and the hospital´s radiology case database.
