Objective: The objective of this study is to evaluate and compare the clinical utility of 18F-fluoro-2-deoxy-d-glucose PET and computed tomography (18F-FDG PET/CT) in detecting recurrence and metastasis in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC) who exhibit elevated levels of Epstein-Barr virus (EBV) DNA following treatment.
Methods: A total of 103 patients with NPC were studied retrospectively. All patients were in remission following initial treatment.

Purpose: To investigate the efficacy of [Ga]Ga-FAPI-04 PET/CT for assessing viable tumours (VTs) after local regional treatment (LRT) in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) patients. The related imaging features of HCC after LRT are preliminarily discussed.
Methods: A cohort of 37 LRT patients with HCC (encompassing 51 lesions) was retrospectively included from a prospective parent study (ChiCTR2000039099), and sequential PET/CT using [F]FDG and [Ga]Ga-FAPI-04 was performed.

Background: Over the past decades, the analysis metabolic connectivity patterns has received significant attention in exploring the underlying mechanism of human behaviors, and the neural underpinnings of brain neurological disorders. Brain network can be considered a powerful tool and play an important role in the analysis and understanding of brain metabolic patterns. With the advantages and emergence of metabolic-based network analysis, this study aims to systematically review how brain properties, under various conditions, can be studied using Fluorodeoxyglucose Positron Emission Tomography (FDG-PET) images and graph theory, as well as applications of this approach.

Background: In line with the trend towards minimally invasive, patient-tailored treatment, a selected group of patients with an in-breast tumour recurrence (IBTR) is treated by repeat breast-conserving treatment (BCT). To select eligible patients for repeat BCT, a reliable pre-operative work-up is essential. This study reports on the role of F-FDG PET/CT in detecting synchronous regional and distant metastases in patients with IBTR.

Purpose Of Review: This review explores the potential role of neoadjuvant chemotherapy (NAC) followed by radical cystectomy (RC) for oligometastatic bladder cancer (OMBC) treatment. We focused on extrapolating evidence from studies including lymph node-positive only and metastatic bladder cancer to address the key challenges and therapeutic strategies for OMBC.
Recent Findings: Current evidence for NAC and RC in OMBC is limited, with most data derived from studies in locally advanced bladder cancer.
