We present a 67-year-old woman with a history of coronary artery bypass graft surgery, who experienced recent chest pain. Myocardial perfusion imaging and 99mTc-FAPI-46 SPECT were performed to assess myocardial infarction. The dynamic FAPI imaging indicated sustained myocardial activity.

We here report a case of a solitary metastasis in the residual ureter detected 9 years after the primary surgery and discuss its possible recurrence mechanism based on our immunohistochemical study.
Case Presentation: A 67-year-old woman received nephrectomy for a left renal tumor, which was diagnosed as chromophobe renal cell carcinoma with urinary collecting system invasion.

Intestinal pseudo-obstruction caused by aerophagia is predominantly observed in children with developmental delays, and adult cases are rare. Cases are typically managed symptomatically because there are no known effective treatments. We report here a successful response to intestinal pseudo-obstruction in an adult patient presenting with chronic abdominal distention.

Background: Hydroxyurea, an antimetabolite, is frequently prescribed for various hematological disorders, and its common side effects include gastrointestinal problems, cutaneous or mucosal lesions and pyrexia/fever.
Case Summary: This study reports the case of a 67-year-old woman who developed recurrent abdominal pain after 10 years of continuous hydroxyurea therapy for primary thrombocythemia. Colonoscopy revealed an ileocecal ulcer.
