Ureteral papillary carcinoma is a rare subtype of urothelial carcinoma, ranking fourth among cancers following prostate (or breast) cancer, lung cancer, and colorectal cancer. Although previous studies have documented bone metastases mainly in the pelvis, spine, ribs, and femur, this case report presents the first recorded instance of metastasis occurring in the acromioclavicular joint. A 62-year-old woman with a history of left flank pain and macroscopic hematuria underwent a left nephroureterectomy, which revealed ureteral papillary carcinoma.

Nutcracker syndrome (NCS) is an uncommon vascular condition caused by the compression of the left renal vein (LRN), which may result in venous hypertension and clinical symptoms, including hematuria, flank pain, and pelvic congestion. This report describes the case of a 30-year-old woman with recurrent painless macroscopic hematuria, ultimately diagnosed with NCS based on clinical and radiological findings. Computed tomography (CT) angiography revealed a reduced aortomesenteric angle and LRN compression without signs of severe venous hypertension or collateral circulation.

We report a rare case of urinary bladder neuroendocrine tumour (NET) in a young, non-smoking man. He had no known risk factors and no comorbidities. After being diagnosed with a bladder tumour while being investigated for flank pain and poor renal function, he was treated with transurethral resection of the bladder tumour and deroofing of ureters bilaterally.
