Aim: We sought to assess the effectiveness of using a breast pump for nipple stimulation to promote breastfeeding in the early postpartum period after c-section in women with full-term infants.
Methods: Selection criteria were individual and cluster randomized control trials and quasi-randomized control trials that compared using a breast pump combined with standard care to promote breastfeeding in the early postpartum period after c-section with standard care. In this systematic review, guided by the Cochrane Handbook, we conducted comprehensive searches across databases such as Medline, Embase, CINAHL, Cochrane Library, and PsycINFO (Search: April 22, 2024).

Unlabelled: Prophylactic respiratory support for patients after extubation is effective in improving their outcomes and prognosis. However, the optimal post-extubation respiratory support for different populations and disease types of mechanically ventilated patients remains controversial, and there is a lack of detailed, multidisciplinary, evidence-based recommendations for clinical application.
Methods And Analysis: This protocol strictly follows the development process outlined in the WHO Handbook for Guideline Development and Guidelines 2.

Objective: The rehabilitation methods after total knee arthroplasty (TKA) can affect the recovery of complications and joint function, and the selection and comparison of rehabilitation methods after TKA still need further research.
Methods: A comprehensive search of five databases and two clinical trial registration platforms was conducted from inception through March 31, 2024, and conducted to identify eligible randomized controlled trials (RCTs). We extracted the required data according to the Cochrane Handbook for Systematic Reviews of Interventions.

Background: Radiation therapy (RT) is a standard treatment for non-metastatic breast cancer and is associated with acute and late toxicities. Intensity-modulated RT (IMRT) may decrease toxicity and is convenient for patients.
Objectives: To assess the efficacy and safety of IMRT in women with early stage breast cancer.

Freshwater resources are facing increasing challenges to water quality, due to factors such as population growth, human activities, climate change, and various human-made pressures. While on-site methods, as specified in the USGS water quality sampling handbook, are usually precise, they require more time, are costly, and provide data at specific points, which lacks the essential comprehensive geographic and temporal detail for water body assessment and management. Hence, conventional on-site monitoring methods are unable to provide a complete representation of freshwater systems.
