Objective: To describe practicum experiences as perceived by nurse leader preceptors of graduate students in a nursing administration practicum.
Background: Practicum experiences in graduate nursing administration programs provide students with exposure to the real-life experiences of nurse leaders, bridging the gap between academic knowledge gained and the application of that information to the workplace. The literature lacks best practices for graduate nursing administration practicum experiences.

Objectives: This study introduces Smart Imitator (SI), a 2-phase reinforcement learning (RL) solution enhancing personalized treatment policies in healthcare, addressing challenges from imperfect clinician data and complex environments.
Materials And Methods: Smart Imitator's first phase uses adversarial cooperative imitation learning with a novel sample selection schema to categorize clinician policies from optimal to nonoptimal. The second phase creates a parameterized reward function to guide the learning of superior treatment policies through RL.

Purpose: We aimed to identify the transcriptomic signatures of soft tissue sarcoma (STS) related to radioresistance and establish a model to predict radioresistance.
Materials And Methods: Nine STS cell lines were cultured. Adenosine triphosphate-based viability was determined 5 days after irradiation with 8 Gy of X-rays in a single fraction.

Background: In relapsing differentiated thyroid cancer (DTC), the in vivo evaluation of natrium-iodine symporter (NIS) expression is pivotal in the therapeutic planning and is achieved by [131/123I]Iodine whole-body scan. However, these approaches have low sensitivity due to the low sensitivity due to the low resolution of SPECT. [18F]Tetrafluoroborate (TFB) has been proposed as a viable alternative, which could outperform [131/123I]Iodine scans owing to the superior PET resolution.

Rainfall-induced landslides are a frequent geohazard for tropical regions with prevalent residual soils and year-round rainy seasons. The water infiltration into unsaturated soil can be analyzed using the soil-water characteristic curve (SWCC) and permeability function which can be used to monitor and predict incoming landslides, showing the necessity of selecting the appropriate model parameter while fitting the SWCC model. This paper presents a set of data from six different sections of the studied slope at varying depths that are used to test the performance of three SWCC models, the van Genuchten-Mualem (vG-M), Fredlund-Xing (F-X) and Gardner (G).
