Background: In the realm of breast cancer diagnosis and treatment, accurately discerning molecular subtypes is of paramount importance, especially when aiming to avoid invasive tests. The updated guidelines for diagnosing and treating HER2 positive advanced breast cancer, as presented at the 2021 National Breast Cancer Conference and the Annual Meeting of the Chinese Society of Clinical Oncology, highlight the significance of this approach. A new generation of drug-antibody combinations has emerged, expanding the array of treatment options for HER2 positive advanced breast cancer and significantly improving patient survival rates.

The purpose of our study was to evaluate the position and dynamics of the psoas tendon as a potential cause for recurrent groin pain following PAO. Background: Kidney depth significantly affects the accuracy of glomerular filtration rate (GFR) measurement, and hydronephrosis-induced morphological changes further challenge its estimation through traditional formulas. This study evaluated the rotation method's efficacy in correcting kidney depth and depth difference during Tc-99m diethylenetriamine pentaacetic acid (DTPA) renal dynamic imaging for GFR assessment.
Methods: This study analyzed 66 individuals treated at First Hospital of Shanxi Medical University with unilateral hydronephrosis between January 2022 and June 2023.

Polyelectrolyte brushes (PEBs) undergo conformational transitions due to changes in pH and/or ionic strength, which is leveraged as smart surfaces and on-demand drug-release systems. However, probing conformational transitions of functional PEBs has remained challenging due to low spatiotemporal resolution of characterization methods. Herein, fluorescently-coupled PEBs are devised that give rise to Förster Resonance Energy Transfer (FRET) intrinsically coupled to conformational transitions of chains.
