A mucous cyst is a lesion which can show a wide range of symptoms but is benign and most of them can even appear several months or even years after nasal surgeries. Size of the displaced epithelial fragment is a crucial factor for the development of the mucous cyst. Complete resection of the mucous cyst is the ideal treatment. Surfing through the literature we came across 18 cases of mucous cyst formation following nasal surgery. Here we describe a mucous cyst which had resulted from a rhinoplasty procedure the patient had undergone earlier in her life.

Aim: To assess the prevalence of tooth-related, soft tissue, and intraosseous pathologies in the pediatric population (0-17 years) in a South Indian dental teaching institution and to compare the results with previous literature.
Materials And Methods: Clinical data from the pedodontics department and histopathological records from the oral pathology department were analyzed from the year 2010 to 2022 and grouped into two major categories: group I, abnormalities of teeth, and group II, intraosseous and mucosal/soft tissue lesions. The data were entered into a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet, and descriptive analysis was conducted using Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) software, version 26.

Gallbladder mucocele, cholelithiasis, choledocholithiasis, and cholecystitis are significant contributors to morbidity and mortality in dogs. The exact etiology of these conditions remains poorly understood, though various factors, such as endocrinopathies, dyslipidemia, and impaired gallbladder motility, have been suggested as potential contributors. Surgical intervention has been described as the first choice of treatment when biliary rupture or obstruction is suspected; however, medical management may be an important part of therapeutic or preventative strategy.
