The purpose of this study was to explore the application of path analysis to evaluate the curriculum model and provide guidance in course sequencing. Using statistical package R to add and subtract various path connections, the curriculum model was improved to a proposed curriculum model, which passed the exact-fit test (χ42 = 45.612, with P = .286 > .05). Path analysis provided an objective method to evaluate the curriculum model and course sequencing in the baccalaureate program under study, while informing possible placement of courses.

Various glassy hydrogels are developed by forming dense physical associations within the matrices, which exhibit forced elastic deformation and possess high stiffness, strength, and toughness. Here, the viscoplastic behaviors of the glassy hydrogel of poly(methacrylamide--methacrylic acid) are investigated by stress relaxation and creep measurements. We found that the characteristic time of stress relaxation of the glassy gel is much smaller than that of amorphous polymers.

Background: Lab users should display an understanding of microbiology tests and avoid inappropriate requests which may yield negative clinical consequences. Our research addressed diagnostic stewardship education and the perspectives of paediatric hospital doctors on their (1) self-perceived knowledge, (2) motivators for test ordering, (3) proposed educational interventions and (4) preferred teaching modalities.
Methods: An anonymous, mixed-methods, 34-item online questionnaire was distributed to paediatric doctors across three Irish hospital sites from March to May 2023.
