Most countries that provide for compulsory treatment for mental illness have a system by which this treatment is subject to independent legal oversight. Many countries use a special type of legal body for this purpose, called a mental health tribunal. Mental health tribunals have been subject to criticism from the points of view of both legal professionals and mental healthcare practitioners.

Introduction: The aim of the study is to understand the evolution of COVID-19 vaccine acceptance over the key 7-month vaccine campaign in Italy, a period in which the country moved from candidate vaccines to products administered to the public. The research focus points to evaluate COVID-19 vaccine attitudes in adults and their children, propension towards compulsory vaccination, past and present adherence to anti-flu and anti-pneumococcal vaccines, and the reasons for trust/mistrust of vaccines.
Methods: Italian residents aged 16->65 years were invited to complete an online survey from September 2020 to April 2021.

Unlabelled: The mandatory confinement caused by the COVID-19 pandemic has significantly affected the older adult population. The main objective of this study is to assess independence in basic activities of daily living (BADL) and instrumental activities of daily living (IADDL) of people over 65 years of age during social, preventive, and compulsory isolation due to COVID-19, identifying and quantifying the activities of personal independence that present difficulties in their execution.

Purpose: In response to the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, most educational institutions transitioned to online delivery because of the urgent need to avoid spreading the virus. For this study, the emergency transformation to 100% online education in a diagnostic radiology department was evaluated based on student experience and performance.
Methods: One hundred and thirty four radiology students participated in this study.

Bovine tuberculosis is a notifiable disease in Northern Ireland with the national eradication programme of compulsory testing and slaughter of reactor animals costing approximately £40 million per year. Backward tracing, known as Backward Check Tests (BCTs), of reactor animals is used to identify previous herds where the bTB positive animal has resided. The aim of this study was to quantify the bovine tuberculosis (bTB) risk posed by inconclusive reactors (ICs) at BCTs at both the individual animal and the herd level.
