The poor outcome of TP53 alteration has been reported in myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS) patients. However, the role of allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (allo-HSCT) in TP53 alteration patients remains debated. Previous studies showed that TP53 mutations had no effect on the prognosis of patients with acute leukemia after haploidentical HSCT (haplo-HSCT).

"The narrative" is a complex cognitive process that has sparked a debate on whether its features age through maintenance or decline. To address this question, we attempted to uncover the narrative aging and its underlying neural characteristics with a cross-validation based cognitive neuro-decoding statistical framework. This framework used a total of 740 healthy older participants with completed narrative and extensive neuropsychological tests and MRI scans.

While their roles in the origins of human cumulative culture on the one hand and creativity on the other have been highlighted, the two concepts have mostly been studied separately. In this article, we examine the relationship between adopting similar or different behaviours within a group, focusing on how exploration and exploitation shape primate communication systems.
