Background: With the development of artificial intelligence (AI), medicine has entered the era of intelligent medicine, and various aspects, such as medical education and talent cultivation, are also being redefined. The cultivation of clinical thinking abilities poses a formidable challenge even for seasoned clinical educators, as offline training modalities often fall short in bridging the divide between current practice and the desired ideal. Consequently, there arises an imperative need for the expeditious development of a web-based database, tailored to empower physicians in their quest to learn and hone their clinical reasoning skills.

The secondary metabolites of various parts of have shown a range of biological activities under both in vivo and in vitro conditions, particularly anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties. While E-guggulsterone from this plant has been proven to have anti-inflammatory effects, the antioxidant potential of phytochemicals present in the leaves of is less explored. This investigation aimed to isolate an antioxidant phytoconstituent from the ethanolic extract of the dried leaves of using a bioassay-guided approach.

Three fish blood flukes (Aporocotylidae Odhner, 1912) infect mullets (Mugiliformes: Mugilidae): Yamaguti, 1970 and Martin, 1975 infect striped mullet, Linnaeus, 1758 in the Central Pacific Ocean (Hawaiian Islands) and Brisbane River (Australia), respectively; Knoff & Amato, 1992 infects Lebranche mullet, Valenciennes, 1836 from the Southwestern Atlantic Ocean (Brazil).
