Background Interstitial lung diseases (ILDs) are a group of non-infectious diseases characterized by interstitial inflammation and fibrosis on histological examination. Gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) is common in this patient population, but whether there is a causal or coincidental relationship is not yet clear. Background: There is limited knowledge of the long-term effects on the immune system after treatment for diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL).

Methods: This study included DLBCL patients from the Danish Lymphoma Registry who obtained complete remission (CR) after (R)-CHOP (cyclophosphamide, doxorubicin, vincristine, prednisolone)-like immunochemotherapy. Each R CHOP-like treated patient was matched to five comparators from the Danish background population and furthermore compared to R CHOP-like treated patients.

Neurosarcoidosis (NS) is a rare form of sarcoidosis, with isolated hypothalamic-pituitary involvement being exceptionally uncommon. We report a 20-year-old woman presenting with polyuria, galactorrhea, amenorrhea, and substantial weight loss. Hormonal evaluation revealed hypopituitarism with arginine-vasopressin deficiency and hyperprolactinemia.
