This article highlights the critical importance of identifying the classic triad of hemoptysis, anemia, and diffuse pulmonary infiltrates, offering clinicians a structured approach for the timely diagnosis and management of the diffuse alveolar hemorrhage in setting of GPA. Post-intubation HRCT findings revealed diffuse patchy ground glass opacities in both lungs, along with right lobar consolidation showing liquefaction and an air-fluid level.

To investigate the clinical characteristics, treatment, and efficacy of spontaneous cerebrospinal fluid rhinorrhea (CFR) combined with aspiration pneumonia. In this case series study, a total of 8 patients diagnosed with spontaneous CFR combined with aspiration pneumonia were admitted to the Department of Otorhinolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery at Yuhuangding Hospital Affiliated with Qingdao University from March 2020 to March 2022. There were 3 males and 5 females, with ages ranging from 45 to 57 years.

Aim: To evaluate predictive chest computed tomography (CT) findings associated with the development of adult T-cell leukemia/lymphoma (ATLL) in human T-lymphotropic virus type I (HTLV-1) carriers.
Materials And Methods: This retrospective study examined 171 adult T-cell leukemia/lymphoma and 158 HTLV-1 carriers who were treated from November 2004 to April 2021. The radiological features of 888 chest CT scans in total were retrospectively assessed by two chest radiologists who were unaware of the underlying diagnoses and compared between the groups.

Rationale And Objectives: To explore the clinical and computed tomography (CT) characteristics of early-stage lung adenocarcinoma (LADC) that presents with an irregular shape.
Materials And Methods: The CT data of 575 patients with stage IA LADC and 295 with persistent inflammatory lesion (PIL) manifesting as subsolid nodules (SSNs) were analyzed retrospectively. Among these patients, we selected 233 patients with LADC and 140 patients with PIL, who showed irregular SSNs, hereinafter referred to as irregular LADC (I-LADC) and irregular PIL (I-PIL), respectively.
