Objectives: There is a burgeoning discrepancy between the procedural competency of graduating diagnostic radiology residents and the needs of our patient population. The causes of this mismatch and opportunities for improvement are explored by the APDR Procedural Competency of Graduating DR Residents Task Force.
Materials And Methods: The APDR convened a task force consisting of diverse broad stakeholder viewpoints, drawing from organized radiology, academic and private practices.

Combining Constraint-led (ecological) and Step-Game (constructivist) approaches through an Action-Research (AR) design conducted throughout a competitive volleyball season, this study aimed to: (i) analyse the impact of increased tactical complexity on lateral and longitudinal collective Synchronisation Tendencies (ST) during defensive and offensive counterattack-subphases, and (ii) examine how opposition attacking contexts (i.e. playing in -system or -system) might influence ST throughout each counterattack-subphase.

Two hypotheses have been advanced to explain gambling prevalence and addiction among various populations-the exposure hypothesis and the adaptation hypothesis. This study tests these hypotheses in the context of casino employees in Macau. In the etiology of gambling, casino employees have been considered a unique segment of the population.

Diabetes prevalence is growing at epidemic proportions, and the greatest increase in number of cases is anticipated to be among older adults. The Diabetes Prevention Program (DPP) showed that diabetes can be prevented or delayed among people with pre-diabetes (impaired glucose tolerance, impaired fasting glucose, or both). The National Diabetes Education Program has developed tools adapted from the DPP that primary care providers can use to counsel middle-age and older patients on diabetes prevention.
