Rhabdomyoma is a rare benign tumor of striated muscle, which can be either cardiac or extracardiac. Extracardiac rhabdomyomas can occur throughout the body, though the fetal and adult subtypes are most commonly found in the head and neck region.We present three pediatric cases of extracardiac rhabdomyoma, fetal subtype, detailing their clinical presentations, computed tomography imaging, and tissue biopsy findings.

Case Presentation: We present the case of a sixty-four-year-old patient with no prior medical history who was admitted to the intensive care unit with obstructive shock secondary to a right heart mass and pulmonary embolism.

This case report describes a rare instance of massive right ventricular myxoma (RVM). A 36-year-old woman initially presented with progressive breathlessness and chest heaviness. Imaging revealed a large mass in the mediastinum, which was initially thought to be a pericardial cyst, and it was unclear whether the mass was intracardiac or extracardiac.

Introduction: The purpose of this study was to address the gap in knowledge in the incidence, presentation and imaging features of PPGL in Fontan patients. It has been hypothesised in the literature that Fontan circulation patients have an increased incidence of these tumours. This study is the largest cohort of adult Fontan patients in North America.
