Background And Objective: Radiomics is an emerging technology that facilitates the quantitative analysis of multi-modal cardiac magnetic resonance imaging (MRI). This study aims to introduce a standardized workflow for applying radiomics to non-ischemic cardiomyopathies, enabling clinicians to comprehensively understand and implement this technology in clinical practice.

Methods: A computerized literature search (up to August 1, 2024) was conducted using PubMed to identify relevant studies on the roles and workflows of radiomics in non-ischemic cardiomyopathy.

Background: Antibiomania is the manifestation of manic symptoms secondary to taking an antibiotic, which is a rare side effect. In these cases, the antibiotics most often incriminated are macrolides and quinolones, but to our knowledge, there are no published cases of antibiomania secondary to cotrimoxazole. Furthermore, we also provide an update of pharmacovigilance data concerning antibiomania through a search of the World Health Organization (WHO) database.

Interpersonal trauma exposure, a risk factor for both conditions, may influence how symptomatic trauma-exposed (TE) individuals segment everyday events. Visual information emerging from the extrafoveal locations is important for visual search, saccadic eye movement control, and spatial attention allocation. Our everyday sensory experience with visual object categories varies across different parts of the visual field which may result in location-contingent variations in visual object recognition. We used a body, animal body, and chair two-forced choice object category recognition task to investigate this possibility.
