In 2020, Kuwaiti mothers won legal medical guardianship over their children, enabling them to authorize medical treatment, this despite still not having autonomy for their own medical care, yet being vicariously liable for potential tort caused by their child. Migraine is one of the most prevalent and disabling neurological diseases, significantly affecting quality of life and productivity, as well as contributing to substantial societal costs. Recent innovations, including calcitonin gene-related peptide (CGRP) pathway inhibitors and onabotulinumtoxinA, have transformed migraine prevention by offering high efficacy and excellent tolerability, thus improving adherence. Clinical trials and real-world studies show that significant reductions in migraine frequency and, in some cases, complete migraine freedom is achievable.

Background: The posteromedial and posterolateral structures of the knee have previously been shown to be secondary restraints to posterior tibial translation (PTT). The effect of these structures may increase when performing the posterior drawer test in internal or external rotation.
Purpose/hypothesis: The purpose was to investigate the influence of the posteromedial and posterolateral structures on restricting PTT in neutral, external, and internal rotation.
