Atomically-thin black phosphorus (BP) field-effect transistors show strong-weak localization transition, which is tunable through gate voltages. Hopping transports through charge impurity-induced localized states are observed at low carrier density regime. Variable-range hopping model is applied to simulate scattering behaviors of charge carriers. In the high carrier concentration regime, a negative magnetoresistance indicates weak localization effects. The extracted phase coherence length is power-law temperature-dependent [Formula: see text] and demonstrates inelastic electron-electron interactions and the 2D transport features in few-layer BP field-effect devices. The competition between localization and phase coherence lengths is investigated and analyzed based on observed gate-tunable strong-weak localization transition in few-layer BP.

Recently, zeolitic imidazolate frameworks (ZIFs) composites have emerged as promising precursors for synthesizing hollow-structured N-doped carbon-based noble-metal materials with diverse structures and compositions. Here, a strong/weak competitive coordination strategy is presented for synthesizing high-performance electrocatalysts with hollow features. During the competitive coordination process, the cubic zeolitic-imidazole framework-8 (Cube-8)@ZIF-67 with core-shell structures are transformed into Cube-8@ZIF-67@PF/POM with yolk-shell nanostructures employing phosphomolybdic acid (POM) and potassium ferricyanide (PF) as the strong chelator and the weak chelator, respectively.

In the northern high latitudes, warmer spring temperatures generally lead to earlier leaf onsets, higher vegetation production, and enhanced spring carbon uptake. Yet, whether this positive linkage has diminished under climate change remains debated. Here, we used atmospheric CO measurements at Barrow (Alaska) during 1979-2020 to investigate the strength of temperature dependence of spring carbon uptake reflected by two indicators, spring zero-crossing date (SZC) and CO drawdown (SCC).

The question of whether environmental regulation fosters technological innovation and green development, as a nuanced extension of the Porter hypothesis, constitutes a focal point in contemporary research. Despite this attention, the literature often omits a multifaceted evaluation framework for green development and fails to consider multiaspectual environmental regulation and technological innovation. This study develops a comprehensive model of green total factor productivity (GTFP), situating the Chinese economy within an economy-environment-health nexus.

Measuring regional differences in agricultural green total factor productivity (AGTFP) provides a basis for policy guidance on agricultural green development in the Yangtze River Delta (YRD) region. By constructing a two-period Malmquist-Luenberger index under the carbon emission constraint, we measure the AGTFP of cities in the YRD region from 2001 to 2019. Furthermore, adopting the Moran index method and the hot spot analysis method, this paper analyzes the global spatial correlation and local spatial correlation of AGTFP in this region.
