Background: The cornerstone of low anterior resection syndrome (LARS) treatment is self-management, which requires patient engagement. Colorectal surgeons and nurses may use patient-generated health data (PGHD) to help guide patients in their use of self-management strategies for LARS. However, the perspectives of LARS experts on the use of PGHD remain largely unexplored.

Background: Many childhood cancer survivors (CCS) develop treatment-related late effects, including an increased risk of obesity and metabolic syndrome. A healthy lifestyle can reduce the risk of associated comorbidities. Therefore, at-risk CCS could benefit from lifestyle counseling during regular long-term follow-up (LTFU).

Patients with genitourinary (GU) malignancies have seen the development of multiple life-prolonging treatments in the past decade. As patients and clinicians consider their treatment options along the cancer journey, time spent with healthcare contact, or "time toxicity," has emerged as a new outcome measure that comprehensively considers time receiving cancer care, including planned visits for evaluation and treatment as well as unplanned urgent care addressing complications. Despite its rising study across cancer populations, there has been a surprising lack of work evaluating time toxicity in patients with GU cancers.

Purpose: Incorporating patient-reported outcomes (PROs) into survivorship care may improve the comprehensiveness of follow-up. The objective was to engage stakeholders to develop a PRO assessment of survivors' symptoms and concerns for use during breast cancer follow-up.

Methods: We convened patient and oncologist stakeholder advisory groups to develop an initial PRO assessment including survivorship domains of importance, measurement instruments, and clinically significant thresholds, and revise the assessment based on feedback from community focus groups and two rounds of iterative pilot testing with survivors.

Introduction: In 2019, a new fixed-bearing implant for unicondylar knee arthroplasty (UKA) was introduced that incorporated a round-on-flat design featuring an Oxinium femoral component coupled with a highly crosslinked polyethylene bearing surface. Compared to prior implants, the design featured smaller size increments coupled with medial and lateral-specific tibial baseplates. The objective of this study is to describe our institution's early experience with this UKA implant system by evaluating survivorship, reasons for revision, and patient-reported outcome measures (PROMs).
