Skeletal scintigraphy with Tc-methylene diphosphonate and 18-fluorine-fluoride the main stay in cancer follow-up for early detection of skeletal metastasis often reveal confusing and conflicting findings requiring proper interpretation in conjunction with clinical-radiological correlation. A series of commonly encountered findings are presented for elucidation.
