From early in development, humans use imitation to express social engagement, to understand social affiliations, and to learn from others. Nevertheless, the social and instrumental goals that drive imitation in everyday and pedagogical contexts are highly intertwined. What cues might infants use to infer that a social goal is driving imitation? Here we use minimal and tightly controlled visual displays to evaluate 15-month-olds' attribution of social goals to imitation.

In low and middle-income countries, addressing maternal and child nutrition needs is crucial. Prenatal multiple micronutrient supplementation (MMS) holds promise in reducing low birthweight and preterm births. Ethiopia is considering a transition from the provision of iron-folate supplementation to the provision of MMS in antenatal care, guided by WHO guidelines.

Unlabelled: Obesity, being a global epidemic of the 21st century, increases the likelihood of various diseases and conditions that are associated with increased mortality. Given the risks associated with obesity throughout life, identifying early predictors of its development is a priority task of prevention.
Objective: Assessment of the prognostic significance of laboratory parameters, functional tests and instrumental examination data for the early diagnosis of obesity and associated metabolic disorders.

The utility of physiologically based pharmacokinetic (PBPK) models in support of drug development has been well documented. During the discovery stage, PBPK modeling has increasingly been applied for early risk assessment, prediction of human dose, toxicokinetic dose projection, and early formulation assessment. Previous review articles have proposed model-building and application strategies for PBPK-based first-in-human predictions with comprehensive descriptions of the individual components of PBPK models.

Recirculating showers save up to 70-80 % of the water and energy use of conventional showers, but water quality in these systems are not studied very well due to the technology's early stages. The aim of this study was to provide an overview of information available on which microorganisms were investigated and at which densities. Based on this platform we further aimed at identifying key microbial indicators and pathogens for monitoring water quality in these systems by integrating data from the top five waterborne outbreaks with findings from studies on (1) microbial investigations in reuse projects involving shower effluents or combined bathroom streams, (2) shower water effluents, and (3) biofilms in conventional showers.
