This systematic review and meta-analysis evaluate human papillomavirus (HPV) prevalence, genotype distribution, and associations with cervicovaginal microbiota and cytokine profiles among South African women, where cervical cancer ranks as the second most common cancer. PubMed, SCOPUS, and Web of Science were searched for studies on HPV infection up to 21 September 2024. The pooled prevalence was estimated using a random-effects model, with subgroup analyses by province, sample type, and HIV status.

: The integration of maternal and child health services (MCH) with routine immunization is an important global health strategy, particularly in low- and middle-income countries (LMICs). However, evidence is lacking regarding the best practices for service integration and the effect of integration on immunization and linked health service outcomes. : We searched publication databases and gray literature for articles published between 2011 and 2020 that include approaches to integrating MCH services with immunizations during the first two years of life in LMICs.

Cutaneous leishmaniasis is a parasitic disease that poses significant diagnostic challenges due to the variability of results and reliance on operator expertise. This study addresses the development of a system based on machine learning algorithms to detect spp. parasite in direct smear microscopy images, contributing to the diagnosis of cutaneous leishmaniasis.

Recent advancements in the field of object tracking have been notably influenced by Siamese-based trackers, which have demonstrated considerable progress in their performance and application. Researchers frequently emphasize the precision of trackers, yet they tend to neglect the associated complexity. This oversight can restrict real-time performance, rendering these trackers inadequate for specific applications.

To achieve high-precision 3D reconstruction, a comprehensive improvement has been made to the binocular structured light calibration method. During the calibration process, the calibration object's imaging quality and the camera parameters' nonlinear optimization effect directly affect the caibration accuracy. Firstly, to address the issue of poor imaging quality of the calibration object under tilted conditions, a pixel-level adaptive fill light method was designed using the programmable light intensity feature of the structured light projector, allowing the calibration object to receive uniform lighting and thus improve the quality of the captured images.
