Single-cell multi-dimensional analysis enables more profound biological insight, providing a comprehensive understanding of cell physiological processes. Due to limited cellular contents, the lack of protein and metabolite amplification ability, and the complex cytoplasmic environment, the simultaneous analysis of intracellular proteins and metabolites remains challenging. Herein, we proposed a multi-dimensional bio mass cytometry platform characterized by protein signal conversion and amplification through an orthogonal exogenous enzymatic reaction.

Introduction: Bone aging is linked to changes in the lineage differentiation of bone marrow stem cells (BMSCs), which show a heightened tendency to differentiate into adipocytes instead of osteoblasts. The therapeutic potential of irisin in addressing age-related diseases has garnered significant attention. More significantly, irisin has the capacity to enhance bone mass recovery and sustain overall bone health.

Background: The major of anticancer therapies induce a wide spectrum of cardiotoxic effects. Early identification of anticancer treatment-associated cardiotoxicity is critical to informing decisions on subsequent interventions. Myocardial extracellular volume (ECV) has been proposed as a useful parameter for quantifying the early cardiotoxicity of cancer-related treatment.

Quantitative optical phase information provides an alternative method to observe biomedical properties, where conventional phase imaging fails. Phase retrieval typically requires multiple intensity measurements and iterative computations to ensure uniqueness and robustness against detection noise. To increase the measurement speed, we propose a single-shot quantitative phase imaging method with metasurface optics that can be conveniently integrated into conventional imaging systems with minimal modification.

Background: Transcription factor 19 (TCF19) is considered a crucial transcription factor and acts as an oncogene in a few cancers. Nevertheless, the effect and mechanism of TCF19 on glioma remain unknown.
Objective: This research aimed to explore the function of TCF19 on glioma progression and clarify the potential mechanism.
