Background: Frozen shoulder (FS) is a debilitating inflammatory condition affecting the shoulder capsule that causes significant pain and stiffness. Its etiology, pathophysiology, and treatment remain poorly understood. Although regarded as self-limiting, FS can have profound implications on the activities of daily living and usually takes 1-4 years to resolve on its own accord.

Background: Angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitors (ACEi), angiotensin receptor blockers (ARB), and statins may be able to modulate postoperative stiffness, a major cause of morbidity after arthroscopic rotator cuff repair (aRCR).
Purpose: To determine whether there is an association between ACEi, ARB, or statin usage and stiffness after aRCR.
Study Design: Cohort study; Level of evidence, 3.

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to assess the long-term clinical complications, outcomes, and return to sport (RTS) rates in patients aged 30 or younger with a primary full-thickness arthroscopic rotator cuff repair (ARCR).
Methods: All patients who underwent a primary full-thickness ARCR at age 30 years or younger from 2003 to 2021 with a minimum of a 2-year follow-up were included. Complications, repeat surgeries, and return to sport rates were collected.

Background: Posttraumatic elbow stiffness is a complex complication with two characteristics of capsular contracture and heterotopic ossification. Currently, genomic mechanisms and pathogenesis of posttraumatic elbow stiffness remain inadequately understood. This study aims to identify differentially expressed genes (DEGs) and elucidate molecular networks of posttraumatic elbow stiffness, providing novel insights into disease mechanisms at transcriptome level.
