We report a case of 29-year-old woman referred to us for management of refractory epilepsy. Under observation, she was detected to have recurrent hypoglycaemia during the episodes of seizures. On investigation, she was found to have hyperinsulinemic hypoglycaemia. Her triple-phase CT scan of abdomen showed neuroendocrine tumour of pancreatic head, with bilateral renal calculi. Screening of other endocrine glands revealed pituitary microadenoma and parathyroid adenoma on imaging, which was also supported by biochemical and hormonal profile. On the basis of tumours involving parathyroid, pancreatic islets and pituitary gland, she was diagnosed as a case of multiple endocrine neoplasia type 1. Pancreatic tumour removal was done and bromocriptine was started. She was followed up for 6 months postoperatively and never had seizures even without antiepileptic drugs. This case report highlights an exceptional treatable cause of uncontrolled seizures.

Fever of unknown origin (FUO) can be a common manifestation of multiple disease processes like infections, hematological & solid organ malignancies, autoimmune disorders, and autoinflammatory diseases. Endocrine causes of FUO are rare but should be considered in differential diagnosis. We present a case of a 35-year-old female with prolonged on-and-off fever and intermittent vomiting for nine months, where extensive workups for chronic infections, malignancy, and autoimmune conditions initially yielded no definitive diagnosis.

Background: Pheochromocytoma is a rare neuroendocrine tumor, and bilateral pheochromocytomas is even less common. Due to the limited experience with such cases, this study aims to explore the optimal surgical strategy, assess the potential advantages of robotic surgery, and evaluate surgical outcomes for managing bilateral pheochromocytomas.
Case Description: This report presented a case of a 33-year-old woman with bilateral pheochromocytomas related to multiple endocrine neoplasia type 2a (MEN2A), who was successfully managed by synchronous transperitoneal robotic-assisted bilateral cortical-sparing adrenalectomy.

Polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS) is a complex endocrine-metabolic disorder, and multiple factors contribute to its pathophysiology. The current study assessed a PCOS-like animal model induced by consuming a high-fat sugar (HFHS) diet and compared the treatment outcome of mitochondrial-targeted antioxidants versus heat therapy. Sixty rats were divided into the following study groups: three control groups (negative and positive for the treatments used), HFHS, hot tub therapy (HTT) treatment, and MitoQ10 treatment (500 µmol/L MitoQ10 in clean drinking water daily, from week fourteen till week twenty-two of the study).
