Background: Increasing physical activity levels is a significant unmet need in cancer survivors, and it can likely be enhanced through a better understanding of the interventions developed. Some studies on patient-centered physical activity interventions have shown promising results in increasing daily activity levels among lung cancer survivors. However, the programs present a high heterogeneity, and there is no consensus on the parameters and their effectiveness.

Aging is associated with disrupted sleep patterns, such as fragmented sleep and reduced efficiency, leading to negative health outcomes. There is evidence of a bidirectional relationship between sleep and gut microbiota, which plays a key role in the gut-brain axis and overall health. However, studies on this relationship in older adults have limited generalizability and show conflicting results, highlighting the need for further research.

Background: The feasibility of trials in liver surgery using a single-component clinical endpoint is low because single endpoints require large samples due to their low incidence. The current study sought to develop and validate a novel composite endpoint of liver surgery (CELS) to facilitate the generation of more feasible and robust high-level evidence in the field of liver surgery.
Methods: Patients who underwent curative-intent hepatectomy for hepatocellular carcinoma, intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma, or colorectal liver metastasis were identified using a multi-institutional database.

Purpose: The advent of total-body PET/CT presents an opportunity for significant advancements in imaging of neuroblastoma with [F]meta-fluorobenzylguanidine ([F]mFBG). Small voxel imaging has proven to have better lesion detectability but need enough radioactivity counts. This study aims to balance shortened acquisition times and small voxel reconstruction to keep sufficient image quality and diagnostic confidence on [F]mFBG total-body PET for neuroblastoma.

This study aimed to explore the perceptions of patients and rheumatologists about a treat-to-target (T2T) strategy in axial spondyloarthritis (axSpA) and identify the barriers and facilitators to its implementation in clinical practice. A mixed methods design was applied. Patients with axSpA who visited the outpatient clinic with active disease (AxSpA Disease Activity Score [ASDAS] ≥ 2.
