Background: Telehomecare monitoring (TM) in patients with cancer is a complex intervention. Research shows variations in the benefits and challenges TM brings to equitable access to care, the therapeutic relationship, self-management, and practice transformation. Further investigation into these variations factors will improve implementation processes and produce effective outcomes.

Cross-coupling reactions are indispensable for the construction of complex molecular scaffolds. In this work, we developed a sustainable methodology for the cross-coupling reaction of arene thianthrenium salts with aryl boronic acids, which can be effectively realized under mechanochemical conditions. Liquid-assisted grinding (LAG) enabled fast and high-yielding synthesis of a range of biaryls via Pd/RuPhos-catalyzed cross-coupling.

Waterproof fatliquoring agents can transform leather from a hydrophilic state to a hydrophobic state in the wet process of leather production. However, traditional waterproof fatliquoring agents may cause environmental pollution. Fluorocarbons in fluorinated fatliquoring agents are difficult to degrade, and polyacrylic acid fatliquoring agents require chromium powder fixation.

Building electrode/electrolyte interphases in aqueous zinc batteries via self-polymerization of electrolyte additives.

Aqueous zinc batteries offer promising prospects for large-scale energy storage, yet their application is limited by undesired side reactions at the electrode/electrolyte interface. Here, we report a universal approach for the building of an electrode/electrolyte interphase (EEI) layer on both the cathode and the anode through the self-polymerization of electrolyte additives. In an exemplified Zn||VO·nHO cell, we reveal that the glutamate additive undergoes radical-initiated electro-polymerization on the cathode and polycondensation on the anode, yielding polyglutamic acid-dominated EEI layers on both electrodes.

This article is a patient view of how the future pharmacy could play a key role in devolving routine care for minor ailments and management of long-term conditions. As someone with three long-term conditions, I see an expanded role for pharmacies in supporting me to manage them effectively, filling a major gap: someone to see me and my medications regimen as a whole. A comprehensive national future pharmacies transformation programme is key to NHS sustainability.
