The expression of cytokine LIF (leukemia inhibiting factor) in the endometrium of women of young reproductive age with non-developing pregnancy of unknown genesis is higher than in older women and women with infection-related miscarriages by 1.26 and 1.43 times, respectively. The expression of angiogenesis marker CD34 in the endometrium of young women with non-developing pregnancy of unknown origin is 1.59 times higher and in case of endometrial inflammation 1.31 times higher than in women of the older reproductive age with the same disease. Correlation between the endometrial expression of LIF and CD34 is detected in women of the younger reproductive age with non-developing pregnancy of unknown etiology. The expression of LIF and CD34 can be used for endometrial function evaluation in women of different age with first trimester non-developing pregnancy.

To determine the level of CD20 + IL-10 + B-lymphocytes in pregnant women with the threat of termination of pregnancy at 5-12 weeks and recurrent miscarriage in history and compare the data obtained with the end of gestation. A survey of 65 women at a gestational age of 5-12 weeks was carried out. The main group consisted of 33 women with a threatening recurrent miscarriage at the time of the examination, the comparison group consisted of 10 pre-pregnant women with a threatening sporadic miscarriage at the time of the examination, the control group consisted of 22 pregnant women without signs of a threatening miscarriage.

As an essential vitamin, the role of riboflavin in human diet and health is increasingly being highlighted. Insufficient dietary intake of riboflavin is often reported in nutritional surveys and population studies, even in non-developing countries with abundant sources of riboflavin-rich dietary products. A latent subclinical riboflavin deficiency can result in a significant clinical phenotype when combined with inborn genetic disturbances or environmental and physiological factors like infections, exercise, diet, aging and pregnancy.

Objective: to investigate the structural and pathogenetic features of pathological placental attachment in the scar after cesarean section.

Material And Methods: The investigators explored 12 uteri; 11 of which were removed with placentas at 9 to 38 weeks' gestation (one in the first trimester, three at 18-22 weeks, two at 32-35 weeks, and five at 37-38 weeks); one uterus was removed after an artificial abortion at 12 weeks' gestation in the scar, as well as the scars excised in the first trimester in non-developing (n=4) and progressive (n=2) pregnancies. For histological examination, fragments of the full-thickness uterine wall were taken from the placental bed in different areas.

The performed clinical laboratory and instrumental research involved 93 pregnant women after IVF: 36 with progressive pregnancy and 57 women with missed abortion at term 6-8 weeks. The following parameters were evaluated: family history of thrombosis, menstrual function, gynecological and other diseases, duration of infertility treatment, pelvic organs sonography, hemostasis evaluation and thrombophilia genes investigation. The association of polymorphic allele 455 A of gene FGB with the risk of nondeveloping pregnancy after IVF was revealed.
