Background And Aims: Vedolizumab is s gut-selective advanced therapy that is safe and efficacious for the treatment of ulcerative colitis (UC). Once patients achieve successful induction, there is a risk of loss of response leading to eventual flare. We aimed to identify these predictive factors and develop a practical scoring system to determine the ongoing efficacy of vedolizumab.

This study aimed to describe a case series of patients diagnosed with orbital reactive lymphoid hyperplasia (RLH) at a single tertiary care centre. A retrospective review was conducted by searching electronic medical records at Liverpool University NHS Foundation Trust (LUHFT) from 1 December 2021 - 1 December 2023, to identify all patients with a histological diagnosis. Ten patients with an orbital histological diagnosis of RLH were identified.

Background And Aims: Achieving histological remission is a desirable emerging treatment target in Ulcerative Colitis (UC), yet its assessment is challenging due to high inter- and intra-observer variability, reliance on experts, and lack of standardisation. Artificial intelligence (AI) holds promise in addressing these issues. This systematic review, meta-analysis, and meta-regression evaluated the AI's performance in assessing histological remission and compared it with that of pathologists.

Introduction: Congenital Hyperinsulinism (CHI) has not been previously studied in Ukraine. We therefore aimed to elucidate the genetics, clinical phenotype, histological subtype, treatment and long-term outcomes of Ukrainian patients with CHI.
Methods: Forty-one patients with CHI were recruited to the Ukrainian national registry between the years 2014-2023.

Follicular lymphoma (FL) may undergo histological transformation (HT) into a more aggressive lymphoma. Although rituximab for B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphomas (B-NHL) has greatly improved the overall survival (OS) of patients with transformed FL (tFL), relapse after anthracycline-based chemoimmunotherapy has a poor prognosis. CD19-targeting chimeric antigen receptor-modified T-cell (CAR-T) therapy is a promising treatment for relapsed or refractory (r/r) large B-cell lymphoma (LBCL), including tFL.
