Background: Vitiligo is one of the commonest pigmentary disorders characterized by destruction of melanocytes.
Aim: To evaluate the efficacy of topical bimatoprost ophthalmic solution in stable facial vitiligo.
Material And Methods: Eight cases of stable facial vitiligo were treated with bimatoprost 0.03% ophthalmic solution once daily for 12 weeks. Photographic records were taken at 2 weeks follow-up along with dermoscopic (Polarized, 10×) evaluation.
Results: Four cases had excellent repigmentation, two cases had partial repigmentation and two cases had poor response.
Conclusion: Bimatoprost seems to be promising in treating stable vitiligo but large-scale studies are required.

Background: Intravitreal and intracameral administration of melphalan and topotecan (TPT) has shown its efficacy in the treatment of retinoblastoma over the last few years. Due to rapid hydrolysis, melphalan must be administered within the hour following reconstitution. With improved stability at room temperature and reduced ocular toxicity, TPT seems to be a promising candidate for production of prefilled syringes in terms of safety and efficiency of preparation and treatment administration.

Objectives: To evaluate the effects of short-acting cycloplegic agents, tropicamide and compound tropicamide, on ocular biological parameters and choroid thickness.
Methods: In this study, seventy pediatric subjects aged 6 to 13 years were randomly assigned to two groups: the tropicamide group and compound tropicamide group. Ocular biological parameters and choroidal thickness (CT) and subfoveal choroid thickness (SFCT) were measured in both groups and were retested 40 min after drug administration.

Purpose: This study evaluated the efficacy, safety, and tolerability of a single-dose, preservative-free (PF) Dorzolamide/Timolol combination (Twinzol-SDU).
Methods: A 3-month single-arm, multicenter, prospective cohort study was conducted in Egypt between January 2021 and October 2022 on previously diagnosed and controlled patients with ocular hypertension and/or glaucoma. Efficacy was assessed using the change in intraocular pressure (IOP) after 6 and 12 weeks.

Bruch´s membrane (BM) is firmly connected posteriorly to the optic nerve head through the peripapillary choroidal border tissue, and anteriorly through the longitudinal ciliary muscle to the scleral spur. We assessed, whether a difference in the contractile state of the ciliary muscle influences the position of the posterior BM by lifting the posterior BM pole, i.e.
