Background/objectives: Schizophrenia is a chronic psychiatric disorder usually managed with antipsychotics, which can cause adverse drug reactions (ADRs) that may impact patients' attitudes toward their treatment, as well as treatment adherence. This study aimed to assess the influence of ADRs and other factors on treatment attitudes among female patients with schizophrenia.
Methods: A cross-sectional study was conducted at the Vrapče Psychiatry Clinic with 109 female schizophrenia patients.

Background: There is mixed evidence on the impact of the Coronavirus disease (COVID-19) pandemic on psychiatric hospital care for people with severe mental diseases, possibly due to regional differences. There is a significant gap in knowledge regarding the specific impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on mental health in Croatia, a country in South-Eastern Europe. Our study aimed to evaluate the number and characteristics of psychiatric hospitalizations in the year before and during the first year of the COVID-19 pandemic in a tertiary hospital in south Croatia.

Objectives: To provide a longitudinal evaluation tool based on the frequency of aggressive behavior for the aggression assessment of schizophrenia patients.
Methods: The Life History of Aggression was translated and revised to form the Life History of Aggression-Chinese Version (LHA-CV) based on 369 patients diagnosed with schizophrenia in the Chengdu community and compulsory medical institution. The reliability of LHA-CV was analyzed by means of split-half reliability, test-retest reliability and inter-evaluator consistency.

The objective of this study was to compare the perspectives of psychiatrists, psychologists, and theologians on schizophrenia, depression, anxiety, and antisocial personality disorder. A cross-sectional research design was utilized, involving a random sample selected from the official registries of these professionals. The findings revealed significant differences in how these groups conceptualize mental disorders.
