, a species native to South Africa, is characterized by its limited growth and scarcity, contributing to high production costs. Countries like China and Turkey are known for exporting globally. Tissue culture offers an efficient method for mass-producing unique and beautiful species such as This study tested Murashige and Skoog (MS) basal media supplemented with various concentrations of IBA (0.

Background/objectives: Basal cell skin cancer (BCSC) develops when skin cells proliferate uncontrollably. Sonidegib (SDB) is a therapeutic option for the treatment of BCSC by inhibiting hedgehog signaling. The problems with SDB's low solubility, poor bioavailability, resistance, poor targeting, and first-pass action make it less effective when taken orally.

Breast cancer (BC) subtypes exhibit distinct epigenetic landscapes, with triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC) lacking effective targeted therapies. This study investigates histone biomarkers and therapeutic vulnerabilities across BC subtypes. The immunohistochemical profiling of >20 histone biomarkers, including histone modifications, modifiers, and oncohistone mutations, was conducted on a discovery cohort and a validation cohort of BC tissues, healthy controls, and cell line models.

Background: It is important to promote intestinal development and maturation of chicks for feed digestion and utilization, intestinal health, and disease resistance. This study aimed to investigate the effects of dietary yeast cell wall polysaccharides (YCWP) addition on intestinal development and maturation of chickens and its potential action mechanism.
Methods: 180 one-day-old male Arbor Acres broilers were randomly assigned to three groups containing control (basal diets without any antibiotics or anticoccidial drug), bacitracin methylene disalicylate (BMD)-treated group (50 mg/kg) and YCWP-supplemented group (100 mg/kg).

Apicomplexans, a large phylum of protozoan intracellular parasites, well known for their ability to invade and proliferate within host cells, cause diseases with major health and economic impacts worldwide. These parasites are responsible for conditions such as malaria, cryptosporidiosis, and toxoplasmosis, which affect humans and other animals. Apicomplexans exhibit complex life cycles, marked by diverse modes of cell division, which are closely associated with their pathogenesis.
